Gayle is founder of Time to Thrive and has dedicated 18 years to work and study in the field of Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping, Mindfulness and human behaviour. She is passionate about helping people free themselves from pain, suffering, unwanted habits, and anxiety so they can live a fulfilled and empowered life. She works as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Tapping Specialist, Mindset and Mindfulness Coach, and now trains and mentors hypnotherapists in the area of EFT Tapping and her own Transformational Tapping Process.
Over the years Gayle has specialised in the areas of anxiety, weight loss, habit change, fears, phobias, pain and trauma. She has helped people from all walks of life that have their struggles. She is passionate about empowering them with the education and tools to make the changes they desire.
Gayle founded Time to Thrive and practises from the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne. She also practises sessions online and helps achieve fast relief from anxiety using her evidence based and specialised EFT Tapping techniques.
She also uses her expertise in teaching self-regulation to provide global online workshops and courses, both to businesses and the general public.
Gayle is co-author of The Anxiety Relief Handbook: Calm & effective anxiety relief tools from Complimentary and Allied health professionals.
And Author of Turn On The Happy Tap: From anxiety to calm for children and their parents.
She is proud to be teaching her own unique style of EFT Tapping to fellow therapists so that more people can benefit from the fast and effective results this technique provides to people that struggle to regulate stress, anxiety, and emotions. Gayle continues to research and educate herself in order to provide proven and effective techniques that empower people to create struggle free improvements to any area of their lives.
